Shipping Policy

At Martloom, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within Pakistan only.

If you would like us to expand shipping to your area in the future, feel free to contact us at martloom00@gmail.com.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (depending on location)

• Remote Areas: May take up to 7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 200 (nationwide)

• Free Shipping: On orders over PKR 2,999

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if applicable), which you can use to track your package.

6. Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Courier service disruptions

• Natural disasters or force majeure events

7. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Email us within 48 hours of delivery at martloom00@gmail.com

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

• We will resolve the issue promptly, either with a replacement or refund

8. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at martloom00@gmail.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed if your order is already in transit.
