Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship orders within Pakistan only.

Remote Areas: May take up to 7 business days

Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 200 (nationwide)
Free Shipping: On orders over PKR 2,999
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if applicable), which you can use to track your package.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Courier service disruptions
Natural disasters or force majeure events

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at martloom00@gmail.com
Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue promptly, either with a replacement or refund
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at martloom00@gmail.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed if your order is already in transit.
