Refund & Return Policy

At Martloom, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or hygiene products

  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at martloom00@gmail.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days and provide return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the item was:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Incorrectly shipped

Note: Please do not send items back without prior approval.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at martloom00@gmail.com

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we may have already processed and shipped the order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank or card account again

  • Contact your payment provider
