To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
Opened or used beauty, skincare, or hygiene products
Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items
Gift cards or promotional items

Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the item was:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrectly shipped
Note: Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we may have already processed and shipped the order.
